Water channel on Jalan Gerbang Pemuda and Jalan Asia Afrika, Gelora Urban Village, Tanah Abang, were normalized by Central Jakarta Sub-dept. of Water Management.

Head Section of Maintenance for teh agency, Boris Karlop Lumbangaol, said the normalization can be run after relocating the plant traders. Moreover, the channel has already malfunction for long time ago.
"The channel is covered with soil and mud," he said, Wednesday (6/15).
Water Channel on Jalan Lorong 103 DredgedThe normalization project has run since June 8. Sheet pile on Jalan Asia Afrikn is also being run.
"The channel to be widened up to 80 cm and deepened by 80 cm also," he added.
It is predicted the normalization project to complete in mid August for Jalan Gerbang Pemuda and end of July for Jalan Asia Afrika.
